Your before and afters tell quite a story of fat loss and muscle being built!!

They look fantastic. I hope Andy or someone can put them side by side for you.

Yes, yes, yes, I think you can get to 18% with your next challenge! I agree

with Terri about tracking those calories. Fitday is such a big help with this.

I highly recommend it for anyone trying to get lower in their bodyfat. Portion

size is what helped me more than anything. Fitday also has a section to it

where you can put in how many pounds you would like to lose in how many weeks

and it'll tell you how many you need to lose per week and then graph it for you

to see where you are. Let me know if I can help you. For the time being,

though, you need to celebrate this last challenge!! You look so good.
