Guest guest
: I had the same problem with the bars that you did. I was using the Myoplex Lite bars in the new cinnamon roll flavor. They were so good (and sweet) that I'd find myself using them 3 times a day (which conflicted with my goals and finances)-- even though totally legit for BFL program. I now buy them one box at a time and actually write on the packages each day fo teh week, so i remind myself to limit them to once a day and make more whole food meals. Here's a really simple meal idea that freezes, and brown bags well. Warms up easy and/or tastes good cold on a bed of lettuce: Simply take a package of the EXTRA lean ground turkey, brown in using cooking spray, onions (I buy them pre-cut from grocery store salad bar to save time) and a little garlic. Then add a can of no-salt added diced tomatoes. I portion it out into zip log baggies along with a portion of steamed brown rice in each. Easy, affordable and yummy. You can customize with other herbs and spices. Like I said, good cold too. I do my best when I keep meals simple and pre-made. Guest guest
I'll tell you my best way to quit eating those convenient, tasty bars.....quit buying the ones that taste so good. Really! When I have Myo Lite bars around - or Detour!! - I find myself eating them MUCH more than if I buy the ones that taste more like cardboard. When I have to choose between cardboard or cottage cheese, the cottage cheese wins out. If I had to choose between Detour and ANYTHING...the Detour would win!! Wow - it's good. So...I don't buy them so I won't have that choice. Sara : I had the same problem with the bars that you did. I was using the Myoplex Lite bars in the new cinnamon roll flavor. Guest guest
Wellllll....I couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning to do that workout. I'm rather worn out from the whole thing, I suppose. We have family coming in this afternoon and are catching up on housework...this may be my workout for the day. I'll sqeeze in the UBW this evening if I can though. If not I'll be sure and hit the exercise bike tomorrow. Thanks for checking up on me. I am feeling human and eating clean again
Guest guest
Sara, Wow! Great improvement. I've seen your pics before, but they just seem to be getting better and better. Most 25 year olds would kill for a body like that. Dan L. C1W4D5 > Great idea, Kelley, > > I'm Sara from Alabama. I'm a busy 42 year teacher, wife and mom. Maybe you should start pretending like you don't want to be pregnant...you know invest in some expensive toys for yourself, start college, buy a sports car, ...then that baby will show up so fast your head will spin. LOL. Well, maybe. Keep in touch. Kelley

I'm planning to sell the crib in a rummage sale this summer. My husband is starting to look at Harleys, I signed up to run a 1/2 marathon in Virginia Beach in September...how does that sound? Terri PS-some of you other ladies should do the 1/2 marathon too. Then I could meet some of you in person.
