I workout at home with limited equipment (dumbbells up to 30 lbs each), a small aerobics step and anything else generally found in a home (including a set of stairs). That's it. I'm so tired of squats (mentally), I could scream. I've done regular squats and plie squats. Any other suggestions. I've looked through Muscle Media, Energy and some online stuff, but can't find anything else as good for quads using just dumbbells. Thanks in advance, A.
