Jen / embracing Valentine's Day

Jen you have a much better attitude than I do - I would take two

Halloweens or even an extra Groundhog Day over Valentine's!

I plan on doing some strenuous workouts on Saturday, hitting the bag

with Danny Sullivan might be in order. I also need to go running,

since the race is almost a month away and I've only gone running once

this season! Yikes!

Hope Cupid's arrow finds it's mark on you Jen, as it will surely miss me!
