Guest guest Posted March 4, 2009 Report Share Posted March 4, 2009 Work has been a bear!!! Yesterday provided no time for fitness and Monday only 20 min. Had to get up at 4AM and work my tush off, live by my laptop. I hate legislative session. It's making me old. Monday I did a workout that feels like home for me Voight's " Slim Physique " Wednesday workout. (If you have Burn & Firm, its the same thing) I have done that thing for years and years and its a great quick workout when I am short on time and brain cells. Friday I received Cardioke in the mail, but had a date with Chalean Burn1. Saturday I did Cardioke and Sunday I did CB2. Today will be CB3. I would add in cardio if I had the energy, buy my body is spent from work. Grrr. Alright, Cardioke was fun. Not overly challenging for an advanced exerciser, and definitely not for fitness snobs. I put it alongside a more up-to-date s Simons.Lots of free form. Toning Segment was a nothing, but it still kept me on my feet for an hour. This is a good low motivation/energy day workout. Active rest? I think jr has the personality and ability to take this start and do more. So who got their Collage catalog? That thing is pure evil! I've decided in addition to a kettleball, next month I'm getting the Jazzercise cardio workout. I had a Jazzercise video near 15 years ago that I wore out. The live classes are often a hoot!
