Guest guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Dear bel, when I got home and my brain cooled down, I realised that you were completely right and that anything that you might think of performing at a concert, should not be something anyone was expecting Edith to do any time soon. So, I will ask Robin to play it with her next week and try and practice bits of it myself with her, but we can think of something else for the church and maybe let the chaconne drift away -- the Shebeeg and Shemore might be suitable? Or a solo piece. We have lots of time. The church just wants to do something nice for me and my handicapped child. There's no pressure to be clever or show her off. Robin showed me a possible recording thingy and said that he would send me details.
