Well, January hit with a vengence! Everyone who knows I'm a trainer has called me this last week and half to get started on their programs. Gotta love it when New Years Resolutions mean new clients, but sometimes it gets overwhelming. Glad I was off school at least. I actually ended up having to refer several people to other trainers/gyms because I just won't have time after school starts on Monday to train everyone who wants it. Guess having more business then I can handle is a good thing, but jeez I would have liked a break too! LOL

Anyway, since my New Years Eve video marathon, I've continued to get my workouts in, but not a single video! I just couldn't handle another video after that crazy day. I may to HHA today though, cause Shaun was fun. The good news is that I've lost 14.4 pounds since January 1. The bad news is that is wasn't all fat (only 4.492 pounds of fat). The doctor has finally got my hormones straightened out and I'm able to eat what I need to eat in order to completely clean out my system like it needs. Sorry for TMI, but I was waiting on my protein powder I had to order to have a good BM, and finally feel better! So, here is my workouts, without detail as they would take up too much space for so many workouts, for 2009.

1/1/09

Fitness Assessment--68 minutes--counted it as cardio, LOL

Legs--9 minutes

Stretch--15 minutes

1/2/09

Chest & Back--23 minutes

Treadmill--30 minutes; 1 mile

Stretch--18 minutes

1/3/09

Rest day

1/4/09

Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, & Abs--48 minutes

Treadmill--23 minutes; 1 mile

1/5/09

Treadmill--64 minutes; 2.13 miles

1/6/09

Legs--32 minutes

Treadmill--20 minutes; 1 mile

Stretch--15 minutes

1/7/09

Had an adjustment and came home and went to sleep instead of working out. OOPS!

1/8/09

Biceps & Triceps--40 minutes

Treadmill--60 minutes

Stretch--25 minutes; partner assisted---AAAHHHH!!!

1/9/09

Walked track with friend--60 minutes; 2 miles

Shoulders & Abs--10 minutes

Stretch--5 minutes

So far so good. Loving the results of being back on my own schedule instead of trying to do someone else's stuff from videos. Can't wait to start seeing cuts in my legs again from all the walking. Don't know why that works so well for me, but I love it!
