Guest guest
Friday, February 20, 2009 yoga fusion this morning i did yoga fusion beginner's basics. this workout has been around for while but still has a modern feel b/c the set is basics as well has the instructors clothing. its series of easy flowing easy to follow yoga poses and also includes some toning work like leg lifts and butt lifts. for more intermediate and advanced in yoga they may find this a more of a stretching type of workout where as beginners its a great way to learn the basics and focus on breath and form. overall its a great workout in about 45 minutes. the instructor kim haegle is soft spoken and reminds you on breath. this workout is only on vhs that i know of and its a little hard to find(couldn't even find it on amazon go figure LOL). but if you happen to run across any of these workouts from yoga fusion i would suggest giving it a go. i know of 3 others but there may be more. if i get my cardio step pump in tomorrow i would have just about completed my planned workouts(sunday was a bust b/c of the sinus thing but i did workout and monday was just a lazy day).christi dvds should be here by beginning of next week. they were just shipped yesterday i believe. so hard to tell when usps doesn't like to scan the confirmation numbers like they are suppose to }:-( fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
