Good luck Stella with the interview. It's always interesting to meet famous

people up close (without the airbrushing -- not that I believe he needs much

of it :) ))

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Also - get the PR people's business cards or e-mail because they can

help you track him down if need be.

OMG!!! *faints* Tell him that I will dump my boyfriend for him in 2

seconds if he dumps his fiancee and agrees to run away to Jamaica

with me to live on the beach and sip mai-tais all day... alright,

only on Free Day, but still! *sigh* Barring that, give his abs a

pat for me. ;) And tell us all about it when you get back Stella.

I'm jealous. *pouts*

Congrats Stella,

I know how very exciting it must feel to have made such an important and

promising break through. I wish you all the luck. If I think of any

questions I'll post them. I can at least express my appreciation for his

contribution to improving my physique.

Today I made it through all three rounds of 's Ab Boot Camp program. I

feel extremely proud because abs have always been my week spot and these

exercises put quite a strain on the abs. And the best part is, I am just

preparing as I plan to do the four week program beginning week 8 which starts

Sunday. I will be ready!

Thanks for the well wishes because things went great!

First, is really nice and has a quiet gentleness about him.

However, he didn't come across as shy but very confident and believes

in the life he promotes. He was wearing a tight shirt and he's

ripped. He appears larger when photographed as compared to real life.

He has the body of a male gymnast and is very in shape. I've heard

rumors of him having plastic surgery and " ab-etching " done, steroids,

etc but honestly, after seeing him I do not beleive the rumors. He's

in awesome shape but his physique is that of a person who trains

naturally and is well within reason for a person who has trained as

many years as he has.

He'd already looked at the cookbook- the store owner showed it to him

and introduced us. A side benefit is that I was able to make

arrangements for an interview (I freelance write other material) AND

spoke with the Editor in Chief of his new magazine (Real Solutions)

for quite some time. I may be doing the food/nutrition column for

their magazine regularly or in the very least, a few installments.

That is big news for me as this isn't the easiest industry to break

into a a paid writer. It is my passion but it is nice to get bills

paid too. ;-) I'll let ya guys know when the interview gets

scheduled in case you have special questions for me to sneak in.

He has a very comprehensive site up by the way. It's at

www.bestabs.com.

Woohoo!! Stella, that is soooooo awesome that you got a chance to

set up an interview AND have an " in " with the food column at the

magazine. I'm so excited for you!! You will have to keep us updated

on what's going on. :)

Stella:

I wish you all the best in your possible venture with ' new

magazine. I've gained knowledge and motivation from your writing and think

more will gain from it as your audience (in different venues) continues to

expand.

Thanks for sharing your meeting with for all of us who couldn't be

there. Keep us posted.
