Guest guest
Anyone make pudding with instant sugar free Jello-O pudding mix and Myoplex shake mix? How did you do it? (Consistency of mine was too thin to be considered pudding.) Jeff
Guest guest
I used to use about 1/4 of the box of pudding, but it was more to change the flavor of the myoplex than to make pudding. Recently, I have made Myoplex using very little water. I put it in a bowl and stir in some cold water, add a little peanut butter and it is just like pudding without adding pudding mix. I like it. I found this recipe that actually uses pudding and gives you some amounts for each ingredient: Power Pudding Mix one serving of vanilla Myoplex with approximately two ounces less liquid than directions call for. Add three tablespoons of your favorite sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding and five ice cubes. Blend at high speed for 60 seconds and serve.
