Guest guest
Sounds like a great challenge Donna!!And a good time to recover from holiday spending!! I spent a bit too much onmyself fitness wise the other day. I bought Biggest Looser Challenge for Wii and This is Taebo. I got home and discovered our Wii sensor didn't work so I had to go buy a $20 sensor and while I was there I got a battery charger for the Wii Balance board. My Wii is my recovery workout until the doctor gives me the thumbs up to let my heart rate get a bit higher during cardio. I go back Jan 12. a > > Hi Everyone! > > I have my long outdoor walk planned w/ my friend this morning, we always go for > at least an hour - so this morning I felt " ok " with skipping cardio and just did > a virgin - Do More Pilates Standing! > > I liked it - it is a bit like a Barre workout blended w/ some Pilates.
