Guest guest
Burn Circuit 3 was challenging...seems that calves, thighs & shoulders are the focus. I did everything okay with no pain during exercise, which shows me that my daily life of using my shoulder lacks the alignment of strength training. If I could just lift my boys with such excellent form!! For those that asked, labrum is not part of the shoulder rotator cuff of muscles, it is a catilege where the glenoid " ball " joint articulates. It attaches to a few bones to give the ball joint a deeper pocket to move in. Mine is torn in three places from repeated subluxation, or partial dislocations. My shoulders have always been on the weak and flexible side, so this is not a super shock that after 40 years of life that I would need a repair. I think I will replace the " cardio " days with some longer walks and hip hop hustle, a powder blue product that is lower level aerobics than TK. I do love TK, but it's very arm driven...even the warm up huts a bit. I hope everyone is having a great week. I turned 40 yesterday and had a great day of relaxing massage, napping & a surprise party with friends and family. Betsey
