That's the spirit!  Just did some pilates and while it's not an " exciting " workout, it is so great for injuries, and you don't use your hands for most of it though I'm guessing as with all injuries you never realize how much you use a body part until it's injured.  My shoulder and back injuries were very humbling that way.

What's nice is that Vidiots like us always seem to have plenty of videos in our arsenal to fit ANY situation!Hugs!
