Hi Everyone,Back on track today! Did a 45 minute treadmill workout - it was an interval/incline program that I cut out of some fitness magazine. It wasn't an overwhelming amount of incline but a good blend of flat-land and some hills. Afterward I did three segments from Trudie Styler's Pure Sculpt workout - core, legs and arms. I did the three segments I didn't do on Friday and, again, in my opinion the lower body floorwork was the best of the three segments. The core routine was ok - different form "traditional" Pilates but definitely Pilates influenced. The arms section was similar to the one I did Friday - different exercises with wrist weights - not your standard Pilates arm series - but more like Classical Stretch or T-Tapp but w/

light weights. It was ok. Overall - the lower body floorwork is the winner of this DVD. The section I did on Friday focused more on inner/outer thighs and glute medius, the section I did today was more glute and hamstring focused. Tomorrow I tackle my first Firm Express workout - the Sculpt workout from Cycle 1! I'm scared and excited. I have plans to add on one of the core/stretch workouts from PowerFit or PowerFit Harmony. So, far, my week is tentatively shaping up like this - but it is subject to change based on how my body reacts to the Firm Express routines:Sunday - Long(ish) Walk & PilatesMonday - Firm Express Cycle 1 Sculpt & PowerFit Core/Stretch (maybe a mile if I feel really good...)Tuesday - Long(ish) Cardio & Light Sculpt (Pilates) or Stretch*Wednesday - Firm Express Cycle 1 Cardio & PowerFit Core/Stretch (maybe a mile if I feel really
