Women's Health: Perfect Body Workout

I tried a new new one this morning.  I pulled out Amy Dixon's Perfect Body Workout.  I debated on how much of it to do since it's a bit over 60 minutes.  I decided, in the end, to try it all and see how I did.  Well, I liked it and handled it just fine!  Collage rates this as intermediate / advanced.  But I didn't see much advanced in it at all.  The cardio was easier than the strength too.  And the strength just didn't have too many reps in it to make it that hard.  I used my 5 & 8 dumbbells for the strength portion.  I did the abs at the end too.  I liked the crunches, but the plank work was useless as she only did about 4 reps of each exercise...  Amy's demeanor was great in the workout throughout again.  This workout was perfect for today, and intensity-wise perfect as well.  Oh, and I burned 505 calories with my average at 116.

I'm taking tomorrow completely off, and MIGHT even take Tuesday off.  We'll see.  :)D
