I just finished up with this workout. I liked it a lot :) It wasn't too intense, and just perfect. I used my 25 kb for most everything. There is one move there which requries you to transfer the kb from hand to another. My hands are almost too small for my 25 kb to do this move comfortably. I may have to drop down to an 18 next time. Otherwise, I liked the workout. I didn't think it was too terribly intense. Maybe not even as intense as the first kettlebell way? I burned 433 calories, with my average being 133. The workout was 45 minutes. Tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day, but I so don't feel ready to take one yet...sigh.... I should force myelf though..ugh..
