I lost just over 27 pounds in 2010! WOW I'm so excited and shocked, I almost can't believe that I did it!I know I did it though through hard work i.e. calorie counting, exercise and getting on the right dosage of thyroid hormone (Levoxyl) I will measure and take pictures tomorrow. I don't really notice a difference in pictures although I notice a big one in how my clothes fit....I'm wearing a medium now instead of a large in sweat pants and an XL instead of an XXL in t-shirts/tank tops YEA!Now that I know what to do and that it

WILL work for me there will be NO STOPPING ME in 2011. I think this is the most I've lost in a year and it's been several years since I was in the 180's.Thank you ALL for your support, I couldn't have done it without it or your encouragement. Together we can make 2011 an even BETTER YEAR!
