Guest guest Posted April 27, 2009 Report Share Posted April 27, 2009 I did 's Cardio Kick Step Boxing workout yesterday. I'm pretty sure I have done the workout before, but it's been a long time. I loved it yesterday. She moves so fast. It's a very high energy workout. I caught onto the combos almost right away (some took a couple seconds) and had a great workout. The first half uses the step vertically, the second half, horizontally. It ends with ten minutes of " ab work " where you have one knee on the floor, I ALMOST hated that part.Probably won't do that again. Felt little to nothing in my abs, but my legs were killing me for being stuck in that position for so long. I burned 766 calories with my average being 141. I think an average of 141 is pretty common. I seem to get it a lot..LOL.. I did skip my KBQ yesterday, although I wanted to do it.
