ABC today

Good evening all,

I started the ABC for abs today. Just working into it gradually. I am

starting with one of the six exercises and adding one each cardio. Today I

did hip ups (?) where you lay on a bench and hold on behind your

head...straighten your legs and lift perpendicular to body then stretch feet

up towards ceiling by lifting hips. I was scared I was gonna fall off the

bench. =-] But didn't thank God. I did 3 reps of 15. Good enough. Next

week I add leg ups.

How do you get on that 30 degree incline and grab hold of the bar without

sliding into the floor? I need a little direction. Can't go make a fool out

of myself now that I have semblance of respect from the 'guys' in the weight

room.
