Guest guest
That you did extra anything makes you a NUT, a nut I adore abut a nut nonetheless Great workout description and great job by you...oh, and the 30 lb kettlebell, get your cape you are super(fit) nut.Hugs,Vennitta OMG my arms are shaking. This is by far the hardest CLX workout I've done yet, and I LOVE IT! The workout is 40 minutes long and the goal is to fail by the 12th rep, again lifting slow and heavy. You do a lower body and upper body exercise simultaneously, thus using your core and testing your balance. Every set goes extreme, often with a completely different exercise. For this workout you need a chair and your thigh toner. This is what you do, and the weights I used, and comments. single calf raise w/ a bicep curl - You use a chair for balance as you put one ankle above the standing leg's knee and do a calf raise with a single curl. I used a 15 lb dumbellextreme: 3 super slow bicep curls tricep pushups - I did all 12 on my kneesextreme: 3 super slow standing overhead tricep extensions, I used a 30 lb kettlbellsplit lunge with bicep curls - I used 15's extreme: 3 super slow bicep curlsstationary runners' lunge w/double tricep kickbacks - I used 10's, but will go up to 12's next timeextreme: 3 tricep dips on the chair and I'm so frackin' proud of myself, I did them with my legs fully extended for the first time, ever! bicep curls with hamstring curls, right and left - I used 15's, and you use the thigh toner for the hamstring curl while you hold on to the chair for balanceextreme: just 3 super slow bicep curls plank with single tricep extensions - my abs were shaking!!! However, the 10 lb dumbell I used was too light and will go up to 12 next time.extreme:3 tricep hovers, I did them on my knees. I look forward to losing more weight so that I can do these on my toes someday! reverse lunges with double arm bicep curls - I used 12.5 dumbells, could use 15's next timeextreme: 3 slow regular squats - really need to have my two 30 lb kettlebells handy for lower body only extreme sets, 12.5's were waaaaaay too light supine tricep extensions - I used a 30 lb kettlebellextreme: 3 slow regular pushups, did these on my toessumo squat calf raise with bicep curls - I used 15 lb dumbells extreme: just 3 super slow bicep curlsMy biceps are positively SHAKING. I feel my triceps didn't get as much attention so I did some extra reps of standing overhead extensions after the workout. I know my arms will be killingme tomorrow! Can't wait to try Lean Circuit 2, which is back focused. Merry Christmas, Everyone!
