Guest guest
Synephrine is the " calmer cousin " to ephedrine and is what EAS uses in Phen-Free (do they even carry that anymore???) which is the thermogenic I used during C1 way back in August-October 2000. From all the research I did, it seems perfectly safe to take since it's much milder than ephedrine. I like the Phen-Free product and would definitely consider using it (or another similar) product again. It gave me a little boost before my workouts, which is all those things are good for, in my opinion. I know that green tea is excellent for antioxidant qualities as well as fat-burning, although whether the product contains an efficacious dosage is sometimes in question. I really don't know anything about the other ingredients (besides caffeine, I mean, duh) so can't render an opinion. Let me know if you try it, I'd be interested to see what you think. Guest guest
I added it to my muscledepot order today. The price was $16.99 for 120 capsules so it didn't seem to bad. I've never tried anything like this before so I'll let you know how it goes. I'm hoping it will help me lean down quicker. It sounds like a safer alternative so I am willing to try it at least once. I'm thinking about only using it 5 days per week Mon-Fri since those are days that I am less active. Andy > Let me know if you try it, I'd be interested to see what you think. > > Jen B. Guest guest
Andy, I have never tried anything until recently. Sams was selling the generic for Xenadrine EFX. Very cheap. The same exact ingredients called Slimadrine. Three weeks---nothing. So, anyone out there with some success stories please share. I think that may have been right. Jay PS Tempted to try the MaHung but should know better
Guest guest
Lean System 7 appears to be a Synephrine-based product as well. Some of the ingredients were similar and some different. Guest guest
I did a little research a couple weeks ago and found that EAS is discontinuing the BetaLean product line and now promoting the Themo DynamX. They are similar and I found a " new formula " BetaLean which is Ephedra Free pretty cheap. I am 1 week into it. I am Following the doesage per the bottle. 2 tablets in morning before work out and 2 before mid afternoon meal. 5 days per week, 12 weeks max, (but I will re-evaluate after 4-6 weeks). I found if I took the second doesage 30 minutes before mid afternoon meal I did not sleep as well (restless...), so I moved it to 30 minutes before my " lunch " . Sleeping is pretty much normal. I have experienced some headaches. Not " severe " as I found listed as a side affect on some (review) web sites. so have continued. I have been flat on weight since beginning of this challenge (Jan 6) and down very slightly in BF. This is my 4th challenge and wanted to try something different to see it it helps. I figured I give it at least 1 bottle worth (6 weeks - based on doesage on bottle). After 1 week, my weight was still flat, but BF down anout 1%. I use a Tanita every sunday morning before Freeday starts to " track " trends and tape measure every 4 weeks. Glenn > Anyone have an opinion on the new Thermo DynamX from EAS?
