69 FE TurboCharge Cardio

AM - Oh my! That's one way to

start Christmas day! I used only 3 lbs for light weights. One of the segments

had kettlebell swings so I held the bell at one end instead of the middle the

instructors did. Also, had to get a little extra creative with one of the

bursts and one of the ab moves but don't think this didn't kick my butt. Now

to the 10 min add-on

AM - In 10 min

this in hits everything.

 

 

  FE Overdrive

Sculpt

PM - Oh boy, I

don't know how I'm going to get two TMTs in…Kelsie is evil! At first I

thought this was not going to be too challenging, from the first burst then I

realized that the bursts are as cardio as the other workouts. The heaviest

weight I used was 8 lbs.

 

 

  Cardio

PM - Well I've

overdone it on my trying to heal hip flexor so it made my entire low back

hurt, what did I do? TMT cardio with tons of modification, lol. 

 

 

      Yoga Flex

PM - I skipped the scheduled Lower Body and did Yoga Flex instead, some of the moves really hurt but I

stretched through them and I think it helped. I'm now going to take an

anti-inflammatory (not fond of them) and a zyflamend.
