Yesterday was a good workout day but again a bad food day.  Ug!  Oh well, today is a new day, right?Did my usual 3 mile walk during my lunch hour yesterday and will again today.  Did 11 flights of stairs yesterday (Thurs) and am debilitated from that this morning, so no stairs today.  I did 10 flights on Wednesday as well .  By Monday I should be back in the stair groove again and will do 15 flights.  Hopefully my calves and quads will cease being on fire by then!

Tressia came over and we did Kick It! again, and I think she is ready to move up to the next level of kickboxing.  After that we did Nantucket Pilates (thanks, Kassia!) from the 7 Days, 7 Workouts dvd set.  I liked it!  It's somewhere between 20-30 minutes long, has a lot of the usual pilates moves, and it takes place outside on the New England Coast.  This is a nice add on to another workout.  There is less emphasis on lower body and more on the core/abdominal region in this one.
