Guest guest Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 Well, my 2 weeks of vacation is officially over and today is back to work. I had to get up at 5 AM. Today I did the 10 min. jump rope workout from sparkpeople. After that I did Voight Calorie Burn workout. This workout is about 30 min. long. I did not like it. I thought the cueing was bad and it required way more coordination than I have. I made it through though. I probably won't do this one again until I forget how much I don't like it. LOL.
