Awesome job. I am reading your progress with great interest. I bet those stretches felt good afterwards.

Thanks ....the stretch did feel really good. My hands are suffering right now though, got a couple of blisters forming and just the general rubbing of the iron on the hands is making for some sensitive spots. I think I might have a look for some "bionic" gloves to try and see if they can help the chafing.....Andie

I have been wondering if people that use kettlebells use gloves or not. I haven't seen it in any of the videos I've watched so far. I don't have enough experience to say, so far I have only done 2 25 min. workouts with a 7 lb. bell. I would think that gloves would be helpful for your hands, but I'm not sure how if would be for gripping the bell. If you ever try gloves, please let me know how it works for you.

I have never used gloves when working with kettlebells before, but then again I have never attempted to do 500 swings at a time on a daily basis LOL. I picked up some thin weight lifting gloves that may make it easier for now, at least until the palms harden up a little anyways. I'll let you know tomorrow how they work.
