My blood pressure is not that bad 138/86 at last reading. When first diagnosed with Hyperaldosteronism my aldosterone was 93.3. Started Aldactone and it was down to 16. Now I have started back with the debilitating fatigue that is all consuming. Level is now 31. Going to be sent to a Endocrynologist for more help. No tumors found in 2009 CT. I am frustrated and at a loss. Don't know whether to blame Lupus or aldosterone levels. Beth
