Guest guest Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 Hi Everyone,I did around 3 miles on the TM this morning - doing a run/walk from Couch to 5K. 60 sec run/90 sec walk. After that, I did Ellen's Fusion Flow.
