Just wanted to share quick update hopefully someone with an older kid can comment, perhaps share an update as well. It's been a while since posting and last few years it been hard to tell if we were making grounds considering my son's age. Well today I do have a progress report that id like to share.Btw a few weeks ago my kiddo turned 13. We have completed to date #185 rounds. . Yea!!As a reminder my son hit a stall period somewhere about rounds 80-100 in chelation. Since then it has been hard to tell gains because we hit so many miles stones within the first year of chelation. Now considering my son's age, it is always hard to see big stuff. One reason he is very social with lots of expressive language. And To top it off in the last few years he has developed quite a personality.In the last year or so we have taken many breaks, but each time after picking back up, getting a few more rounds under the belt we have seen some stuff. Breaks are good but often times you never know till you string a block of rounds together and look back. Often times we forget how far we have come because of what issues we are currently dealing with. The gains that we see now are mostly in regard to his mature level and independence. O yea the last thing I have noticed is he now expressing his right to do what he wants to do because he is teenager. (His words) Yea Mr. bossy pants lol… he getting too big for spankings so now it's learning reasoning and making wise choices.Please pray for us as we enter puberty. I heard it could be a little tricky as their body is going through all those changes. Btw the last few days I have spent allot of time with my son and noticed some new changes. Just this morning I briefly spoke with my wife before leaving for work asking her thoughts about my son's recent progress. . But then I had to call her again to confirm what I suspect lately Mostly to see if she also sees what I suspect changing with in my son. I asked her to share her thoughts in what she has recently seen too with regard to gains with my son's maturity level. Also wanted to hear her mommy instinct in what she thought where these gains are coming from. Chelation, getting older or other.She has now confirmed what I been thinking. All I have to say is the last 4 weeks in chelation we have seen some really neat things regarding his maturity level. Now at age 13 it has been a long time waiting to see some of these last things to come...I'm excited again and its all-good stuff. Just wanted to share that. Thanks for listening .Ps Was hoping again that some of the folks with older kids may comment perhaps some that may have over #150 rounds of chelation under their belt.
