Probably every diet program in the whole world tells you to stop eating a couple of hours before bedtime when your metabolism drops to a snail's pace. I'm concerned about having that 6th meal if it falls close to bedtime because I'm struggling to get the weight off as it is. Am I worrying about nothing?
