Guest guest
Hi - my name in Cynthy.......I'm almost 51 years old. Just started my first BFL Challenge 3 days ago. Have slowly gained 14 pounds over the last 5 years (perimenopause?). At any rate - I would love to drop 10 of those pounds ........and tone, tone, tone! I'm a youthful grandma of 3.......play tennis 2-3 days per week, walk 2-8 miles daily (depending upon the time I have), sometimes run 2 miles instead of walking, and lift weights 2-3 times per week. I even worked with a personal trainer for 4 years (3 times per week) - but he got richer - and I got discouraged. Please don't tell me that muscle weighs more than fat (because I know that) - but this is not weight gained from muscle. It's definitely " fluff " . I don't understand why the weight won't come off.....I just slowly keep gaining. I know this may sound trivial to some of you.......but I am not happy at this weight. How much harder must a person work to lose a couple pounds? cynthy
