Hi Carolyn and other BFLers:

I just finished my workout (upper body) -- I feel great. I'm beginning to

like the soreness actually. Already my jeans are a little less snug. Can't

wait until this size is falling off.

I'm focusing on each step as I go -- each workout, each meal, etc. That's

the only way I can do it. Looking at the whole picture -- 4 challenges, 90

lbs of fat, is too much.

I'm sore and I did miss one workout already, but I'm not going to give up

even when I see a blank spot in my journal. I won't throw in the towel this

time when I hit a setback.

It's nice to " meet " so many people who will be tackling the same daily goals.

Welcome back to all the returning BFL group, we newbies will benefit from

your experience. Have a great day!

Challenge One Goals: Drop 23 pounds of fat, gain 3 pounds of muscle, pants

size from 18W to 16.
