Hi to everyone. I hadnt thought of this until I heard the weather

tonight..... I am totally dependent on the gym. I have nothing at

home to work with. If the snow comes like expected, I will be at home

tomorrow and maybe next day. I am thinking I should go tonight. I did

cardio today, (2nd day on program) so tomorrow is lower body. Should

I do that in the same day ?? What do you suggest I do if I am snowed

in... ???? Any way to do it without any equipment ?? Should I do

cardio instead ??
