Fish oil supps are good too, but do you really want to be belching

the fish oil taste?

The recommendation for body builders is something like 1 TBSP per 50

lbs of body weight. I currently weigh 170 and take 2 tbsp per day if

I remember. Otherwise it is at least 1.
