I feel your pain.

Yesterday, after finishing my cardio at the gym, discovered I had locked my

car keys in my car. Along with the keys were my phone, phone book, purse,

food, you name it. Husband not available (teaching yoga class)...so what to

do. Well I walked home. I guess it was about 3 miles...but it was also 10

degrees and I was dressed for the gym. Thank God I didn't lock my coat in

the car! So the walk ended up taking an hour, and I was walking briskly!

Got home and was so hungry I cheated and had three pretzel rods and some

cream cheese. Then had a BFL authorized meal. But still wasn't enough so

ate a protein bar. Must of burned some cals on that walk. Hope I din't ruin

my cardio benefits. But, what are ya gonna do?!

This morning, MDH made breakfast. How sweet. Except he made me instant

oatmeal because we were out of regular...and it had sugar in it. He looked

at me with his innocent eyes and said, " I pulled all the sugar lumps out " .

Gotta love him so I ate it (with a scoop of protein powder).

Sighhhh.

And forward I go.
