Guest guest
Awww, man, I'm already getting discouraged and it's only day 4. I feel like a blimp. I'm convinced I'm eating too much. There's no way a person could lose weight eating all this food. I'm skipping meal #6 tonight cuz it'll be due around 10 p.m. and I (hopefully) won't be awake then. Also, I found in my EAS Personal Fitness Guide where it says: " EAS also recommends to avoid eating right before going to bed. " (Page 63, paragraph 7) Now, aside from the sloppy grammar ( " recommends to avoid " ???), that grabbed my attention because I haven't been feeling right about eating right before I go to bed. I haven't figured out how to: (1) exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and don't eat for an hour afterward, then (2) cram 6 meals, spaced 3 hours apart, into the remaining hours of my day. I'm supposed to work out in the morning at the gym (which doesn't open until 7 a.m.). Then I have to get cleaned up and report to work by 8 a.m., then I figure I can have meal #1 around 8:45, #2 at 11:45, #3 at 2:45, #4 at 5:45, #5 and 8:45, and #6 at 11:45 -- NOT!!!! BFL seems like a great program but I'm having trouble making it work for me. I find myself constantly consumed with questions about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. Even with planning, I have trouble keeping everything in its nice, neat little slot because life gets in the way. This is so damn much work that it wears me out just thinking about it. Do I need to quit my job to be successful with this program?? HELP!!! Carolyn c1w1d4
