Flax Oil and CLA help please

Hi,

Have a question for you experts out there. In the mornings before working out

I have started taking a swig of Flax Seed Oil for the benefits and because I

actually remember to take it then. Yesterday I added CLA (1,000 mg capsules)to

my diet but am unsure how much to take. I took 4,000 yesterday and noticed

an odd taste, not unpleasan. The benefits of taking CLA are just too great to

pass up with regards to fat usage, but I'd prefer not to waste or overdose on

an item, even if it is basically harmless.

Also, for anyone suffering from winter blahs, I told a friend of mine with

clinical depression about the benefits of Flax Seed Oil and she now swears by

it. Also, aside from all the other benefits I've noticed that my super dry

winter skin is no longer as dry!
