, welcome back!

It is good you are there with your Mom, she is the only one you will

ever have and your attitude is positive and that will really help her

as well.

You will be surprised how fast you get your gains back, probably a

good part of it is water build up, stress can do that.

Keep us posted

Good to hear from you again. Thanks for the update.

We're all pulling for your mom. Hope she gets her transplant soon!

My wife's a Catholic School teacher. If you don't mind, I'll ask her

to try pulling some strings with the " Big Guy " upstairs ;)

I took a look at your pic. Your back looks really lean compared to

the before pic. Did you get to see your abs before the last couple

of weeks events?

Talk to you soon,

Take care,

Del

Thanks Andy & TwoWalks....Moms are so important, and I have to think

that mine must be one of the best...Andy, talking to the " Big Guy "

upstairs will not offend me in the slightest. He and I have been

having some very in-depth conversations of late anyway. We will take

all the help we can get!

I got down to the point where I could see good outlines of my upper

abs and a hint of the " canyon " between that runs North & South, but

with all the fast food I have had to eat of late, Im afraid they have

begun to retreat to their favorite hiding place....behind a wall of

fat! I can still get into my 34 & 36 jeans, so there is still hope.

I am hitting the gym hard and the diet even harder, so only time will

tell. I rest soundly knowing that as hard as I hit the last

challange there is alot of room for improvement, and I still saw some

pretty cool results. So be prepared...4 weeks from now you wont see

those love handles like you do in my latest pic!

Hi ! :) It's good to hear from you. I'm so sorry to hear that

your mom has been put through the wringer lately. I'm sending good

vibes your way that she gets a new, healthy heart real soon.

No worries about being off-program for a few weeks, what's most

important is the getting back on part. ;) Your back pic looks good,

you sure are sporting some awesome lats there!! That's good

inspiration to get refocused and back on the wagon.

Keep us updated on how things are with your mom, and with your

program (of course).
