Guest guest Posted December 24, 2010 Report Share Posted December 24, 2010 Okay, I know a lot of people exercise to LOSE weight but DH needs to gain and get healthier. Would emphasizing strength training instead of cardio help? If he were to exercise 3 days per week and wanted to do cardio & strength separately, would you suggest 2 days of strength and 1 of cardio?
