Guest guest
My upper body is STILL too sore from Saturday to do ChaLEAN Extreme so I went with heavy cardio this morning and I’m covered in sweat! I did Turbo Kick Round 43 to the music cd through section 4, did three turbos, and the legs section - that all took an hour. I used to teach Turbo Kick and still work for Powder Blue Productions in an unofficial capacity so I get the workouts as payment. It’s a sweet deal! For licensing/legal reasons the music on the dvd is different than that on the cd, so this morning I learned the choreography to the cd as if I were still teaching; it’s a better experience that way. I really liked R43 once I took the girly dancey stuff out of it! For section 4 I did, instead of this silly tomahawk move: step uppercut x2, 4 crosses (2 times) knee front kick x2 3 back kicks, front knee 4 crosses up, zig-zag 4 crosses back, sweep blocks knee, side kick x4 This turbo is probably my favorite choreo wise. It reminds me a lot of the HIIT workouts in Turbo Fire - lots of plyometrics, and Mr. Knee was able to do all of it, three times! The leg section also rocks - lots of lunges! Hope to run on the eliptical again today at lunch to finish up the cardio I started this morning. One more full day at work this week - yay!
