TMT Days 64 to 67

I'm still reporting under 10 Minute Trainer as I've got only 2 1/2 weeks to successfully complete the 90 day rotation I've committed to, plus since the first 30 days of FE schedules only 3 workouts per week.

I should be caught now and will try to get back to daily posts instead of drowning the list with my workouts

67 FE Ignite Cardio

AM - Wow, I

didn't realize how much recall I'd have doing this the second time around.

Great workout

 

 

   FE Shortcut to

Flat Abs

AM - I didn't

preview this, I like it, I found that there were some unique moves, at least

one is kettlebell inspired move. This is the first time I've done a workout

led by Ray, she's good, thumbs up

 

 

   FE TurboCharge

Sculpt

PM - I'm not

sure how I feel about this one, it didn't feel that intense but I may have a

different tune tomorrow (FIRM workouts do that to me oftentimes)…I'm going to

add my TMT scheduled workouts in a little bit.

 

 

   Total Body

PM - I'm still

with the green bands, especially while I'm doing FE

 

 

   Abs

PM - This is

still my least favorit TMT but I decided to do it anyway.
