I’ve just received the book Kwinkie is so kindly making available to all of us: Cancer - Step Outside the Box, by Ty Bollinger. I still need to dive in, but just scanning the contents quickly, I’m impressed and fascinated. It seems to be well researched, and easy to read with lots of very useful information.
