Guest guest
My son is 2 years old and has autism. He is for the most part non-verbal but very smart. On Wednesday he is having surgery to get his adenoids taken out because he also has sleep apnea. Does any one have any suggestions on how to handle this. I don't want him to be scared or unprepared but at the same time with him not understanding what I say I don't know how to prepare him. I am even nervous about not being able give him food or drinks, I know he is going to get stuck on standing in our kitchen screaming and begging for something to drink. Has anyone else gone through this and found a way not to make it so hard? Thanks, -- Jenna
