I am sorry as well you are having trouble. Unfortunately, what you are going through is not a surprise. Did you agree to a section 504 plan only. In other words did you sign the ard/iep document in agreement fully understanding what you were signing. Why does she only have a section 504 plan and not covered under IDEA with a full IEP?
