Keep the product in the fridge from when it arrives and at all times. one am and one pm for your child, and same for you. You can work up to 2 am and 2 pm. You may notice difference in childs bowels. I feel irritable and angry for the first week. Full of energy after a few weeks. I take them (esp for the first time) for a month. Guest guest Posted March 26, 2011 Report Share Posted March 26, 2011 I think you should do the therapy as a whole family, wash the bedlinen and personal clothing in hot water.My doctor also recommended cutting nails very short and washing hands first thing in the morning using brush and cleaning nails very well (in case of scratching during sleep- I know it's gross but essential info). I had upset stomach for the whole first week when we started.
