Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 I was told recently by a whole food activist that if you have hypoglycemic tendencies or prediabetes that you may even have to eliminate milk...even if its raw milk. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this subject? Does the milkfat in whole raw milk modulate the absorption of the milk sugar so as to make it not stressful on the hypoglycemic person's system?
