yoga yoga upper body

last night did flat abs(or known as core power in this set) of sara ivanhoe's 20 minute yoga makeover.

this 2 disc set has all the 20 minute yoga makeover workouts plus yoga

on the ball. postures to stretch back, some familiar exercises for abs

but all with that breath-body link yoga provides.this morning

did the sculpted buns and thighs. again these are really "toning"

workouts but this gave us the typical warrior poses,triangles, etc as

well as some great stretches like pigeon and camel.being these

are only 20 minutes it gave me a chance to add on something else this

morning. wii fitenss coach 15 min of upper body. nothing heavy just

enough to pump up the arms a bit.lower body at the gym later. fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
