Guest guest Posted May 23, 2011 Report Share Posted May 23, 2011 First off I want to apologize very very dearly for posting this here, I am an old member of this group but I need to make things clear about my country. I am Syrian and right now there's this big lie going on that there are protests against our president in my country and that our government is killing people. Those are all lies in fact the people who are calling themselves protesters are basically an armed gang that is scattered across Syria and are shooting and killing people, then they film it and accuse the government of doing it then all media uses that as trusted resource. And yes our tanks did enter a city because the armed gangs were there with heavy weapons many of our soldiers are murdered (hundreds of them) yet the media never reports that. Now regarding our presidant being a dictator, that is not true our presidant walks without guards on the street he goes to regular restuarants like any normal person and he lives in an apartment (in fact he is my cousins neighbor). Things were getting better in my country after the army cought those groups and after Obama came out and gave his speach about sanctions against Syria, it incouraged more violence and now its a slaughter house by those armed gangs. Believe me when I say those are very few videos that prove what I say there are much much more. There are even videos of the soldiers who actually were murdered along with their children. Please simply youtube " lies about syria " and you will see it all.
