Guest guest Posted January 17, 2010 Report Share Posted January 17, 2010 Tried to search under this topic but no luck ( I assume it's me not the board ! ) Just wondering if people here have some information about what worked for them My 12 yr old has started not going to sleep until 11pm or later(instead of 9.30ish as before ) and still wakes up between 6.30 and 7.30am. and she keeps me awake also ----which is wearing me out since I have my own sleeping issues plus have to get up at 6am and need AT LEAST 8 hrs I've seen recomends re melatonin but that is not available in Australia I'm trying herbal sleep tablets with her with little success (quitens a bit but not sleeping earlier ) i.e. valerian/passionflower/hops etc combination any good tips ? thanks Helen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
