Yay!I did an old favorite - Ellen's Fat Burning Fusion and I added on 2 segments from her Pick Your Spot Pilates - Abs and thighs. It did feel good to move around again - tomorrow I will do Ellen's Slim Sculpt.These workouts are perfect for getting back into the swing of things and for times of stress (like right now between holidays and work!)Take care -Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
