Guest guest Posted December 9, 2010 Report Share Posted December 9, 2010 I taught a cycle class again this AM for a friend (she always subs for me!) and it was fun to do the same class 2 days in a row.. I actually felt stronger and sweat more this time. I added some more sprints as the class was younger and fitter... yeaI have started doing 100 crunches a day again.. feels good.. also following WW .. I like the new system much better... I feel like I am learning the real nutritional content (not just fat and calories) of foods I eat.. makes me realize I love my carbs.
